My entry for this week's word- Wilderness. The people on the canoe are actually my parents. I took their shape and put it in a stylized foggy world. This was a fun project.
to Dayle: I didn't originally plan for the swirly shapes to be oil in the water, but after I finished I thought the same thing. Funny how paintings sometimes turn into something else.
I love the pattern and your color choices!
ReplyDeletebeautiful work

ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous! Great pattern in the water and beautiful colors.
ReplyDeleteReally wonderful. The colours and the design of the water in foreground. Is it oil or gas on water invading wilderness? Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNice moody abstraction too.
